How our Program works With the help of our group experts, you the group leader, will select your preferred holiday. We will contact our suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing for you based on your selected date. We will also advise you as to the number of people required in order for you to get your trip free and of any special bonuses (which may include FREE amenities such as; category upgrades, cocktail parties, group photos, island tours or even in-room gifts on select groups). Along with the trip information, we will supply you with promotional brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials that will help you promote and gather your group. We will handle all the bookings, paperwork, and collection of payments, and will inform each group member of the travel schedule. How many people are required to be in your group for you to travel free? It varies for each cruise line and tour operator. You can earn a free cruise for two with as few as 10 other people travelling with you (5 staterooms), but the industry standard is one free stateroom for every 15-10 staterooms sold. Tour operators will offer a free trip when the minimum group size is met, so normally the 16th person is free. This may vary with the tour operator, the destination, and the season.
